By placing an order with Motion Jewelers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. After you submit your order through our website, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and providing instructions for payment via Zelle. Full payment must be completed through Zelle for your order to be fulfilled and shipped; if payment is not received within a reasonable time period after order placement, your order may be canceled without further notice. Once payment has been successfully made, we will process your order within 1–2 business days to verify details such as payment confirmation and shipping information. When your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment, you will receive an update via email either regarding tracking information or any relevant details regarding your delivery. All sales with Motion Jewelers are final; once an order has been paid and processed, it cannot be modified, returned, or refunded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
